Top Gun BBQ was established in Staten Island, New York by lifelong resident and Chef, Daniel Jacobellis. Daniel’s love for barbecue has been instilled in him from an early age through his father, James Jacobellis, who has 33 years of experience in the food industry as a Chef and Instructor.
Daniel began his craft close to 10 years ago and has evolved since. Countless nights were spent tweaking the meat and smokers to achieve perfection. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from the Culinary Institute of America in 2013. He works as a Chef in a top, nationally know, New York City Barbecue restaurant. Daniel has trained under various well known Pitmasters from around the country, and is looking forward to catering your next event!
